FEMRI participated in International Visitor Program The representative of FEMRI took participation in International Visitor Leadership Program The program is organized by United States Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs and had the following goals: to introduce participants to U.S. port security and maritime transportation systems, to show how American educational institutions train specialists in the field, to develop stronger The program includes meetings and discussions with port officials and maritime security personnel, government security and economic security officials, disaster response teams, scientists, academic/think tank members, business leaders of USA engaged in this field. Project program includes visiting such American cities as: Washington, Baltimor, Seattle, Los Angeles, Jacksonville, Providence, New York. |
