Construction Engineering Department makes preproject engineering and design, project & working documentation, carries architectural supervision of construction as well as supports completed projects by way of undergoing the State expert review and getting approvals stipulated by legislation of the Russian Federation. 

JSC «FEMRI» has a great experience in design of civil, industrial and transportation facilities. The first projects of residential buildings and port infrastructure facilities were developed and realized in the 1930th of the 20th century.

Having accumulated all experience, having inherited the best traditions supported by generations of designers for more than seven decades, and taking into account modern requirements to architectural expressiveness, cost efficiency and quality of capital construction, Construction Engineering Department performs design works on a wide spectrum of objects of various types. Thus, experts of the Department try to meet all the requirements of the Customer, using individual approach in each specific case that results in creating original authoring works, many of which awarded with diplomas of territorial and regional exhibitions.

All workspaces are computerized and connected to local area network being joint with institutional computer network and Internet access. When making design works the license software of leading world software designers (Microsoft, Autodesk) and domestic software designers is used.

In their activity, experts of the Department rely on all information potential of the Institute, numbering 950 thousand of design and survey materials, generic designs, normative and technical, directive, scientific and technical literature. They also use informational - legal program «KODEKS» and automated information data system for technologist «AIST».

Document Control Department is supplied with modern equipment and is capable to print black-andwhite and color project materials of any size.
